Fixed the wrong leak another poor service from Klaben/Kent I brought in the car into Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio for a oil leak and they fixed the transmission pan. After the service I brought the car home being very concerned and telling them so since I saw oil on the driveway for a week, it was not transmission oil. The next morning after service it was still leaking oil on the driveway! Really!!! Back into service the next day and got another rental car so I can get to work. Got to work late--more time away from my job! So can I charge them for this lost work time--hehe? I brought the car in at 7am that day but they waited until 330 that day to look at it --and yes now it had to be kept overnight. BTW, I also had them replace the rear shocks--what was I thinking? I was hoping for the best, giving them another chance, etc, I guess. Boy did that blow up in my face. So it was another day in the rental and more inconvenience after being told it would be same day service. You would think I would be a priority to them, right? Since they had a complaint and they knew I was concerned over being charged for a service that was probably unnecessary? The manager called me and said, get this!, I had a lead in the oil pan! and there oil was left over from an oil change two weeks, also done at their service shop, that was not cleaned out--really--do you realize just how stupid that makes you look? That's why I brought the car in the first place if they only believed me--I dont like oil stains on my drive--it makes me crazy mad! So when I picked the car up I asked the agent about the oil pan leak she had no comment. It wasn't my best day so then I asked her why it took their superior trained service technicians a number of times to notice an oil leak she also shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This confirms what I had been saying all along--it was an OIL leak not a transmission leak! So no apologies, no discount, no nothing but a $600 bill for fixing the transmission pan--what a bunch of losers! And no--I would never go back, never buy a car from Klaben and never recommend them More

Honest and Genuine Jason didn't feel comfortable letting me drive my car after finding a serious problem with the engine, so he comped me a rental car for the weekend so Jason didn't feel comfortable letting me drive my car after finding a serious problem with the engine, so he comped me a rental car for the weekend so my car could be serviced faster. Called Me Back In Mike and Tom were very professional and attentive to my needs. They rechecked my brakes and assured me all was good. Was happy that Tom called me after knowing I was not conform able with whether the brakes had been properly checked while car was in for the works service. So, he asked to recheck the brakes. The waiting room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks. I am diabetic and welcomed the fact that there was fruit, coffee, and water available. While I was there, a worker came in several times, checked the food area and asked if anyone needed anything, Before I left, Eric followed me to my car to make sure that the phone-radio sync system was fully operational, Jim More
