Helpful, trust work done I have used several dealer service centers in the past, and have found Klaben to be the best in taking care of their customers responsibly. They don't try to "up-sell" your service, by telling you that you need something not necessary, and while not the "quickest" at doing an oil change/tire rotation, they do an adequate job at trying to get your vehicle done while you wait, especially on a busy Saturday. I have had to wait 4 hours or more at another local Ford dealer, and Klaben got the job done in 1 1/2 hours. I have trusted them in the past to do my recall and repair work on vehicles, and will continue to do so. Overall, I am pleased with their work, friendliness, and professionalism, and would recommend them to others needing similar work done. More

Couldn't have asked for more I was greeted quickly and very courteously and by a friendly face. He explained everything they were going to do, showed me the waiting area, and came I was greeted quickly and very courteously and by a friendly face.
