As a new Ford owner, to say I'm very pleased with the level of service I recently received at the Klaben service center is a gross understatement. The quality of service in conjunction with the service center amenities such as free shuttle service, WiFi, computer work stations, snacks & beverages, etc. ranks them right on par with BMW and Mercedes. But more importantly, I'm getting the same high level of quality service at literally 1/2 the cost. I couldn't be happier with my new Ford and the service department that maintains it. It's evident to me the product is great, the service is outstanding and the customer really is #1 at Klaben. More
