I'm in my second Ford Escape now due to the excellent sales and maintenance service I received in Klaben and although I live in Cleveland, it's well worth the drive to Ken, Ohio for the peace of mind and security that my car is being serviced by the best! Great Experience, Tires, oil change, and transmission work. I have been to Klaben several times for the standard oil change, this time I needed tires as well. Made the service appointment online, everything wa I have been to Klaben several times for the standard oil change, this time I needed tires as well. Made the service appointment online, everything was smooth. After replacing the tires and performing the alignment, the tech noticed a shudder in the transmission while shifting. I had noticed this several times but didn't think much of it. Kim called, and they had the clutch replaced in less then 24 hours, at no cost because it was still under warranty. Car drives so much better. Kim kept me informed at every step, and even took the time to submit the rebate for the tires. Very happy with the whole experience. More

2018 Truck Failed I picked up a new 2018 F150 and got home about 3:30PM, when I went out at 10:45PM to head for work the truck would not fire, cranked ,but would not st I picked up a new 2018 F150 and got home about 3:30PM, when I went out at 10:45PM to head for work the truck would not fire, cranked ,but would not start.. The next morning I called Roadside, they dispatched a Tow, we were able to get the truck to start after some time and the driver followed me to the dealership. The Driver also witnessed the truck not starting normally. Klaben got me a rental and took their time to diagnose and fix the issue with the truck. They were able to fix the issue and convinced me that the truck was good to go! 2 weeks later the truck seems to be fine! More
