As our management team reviewed your comments, we were embarrassed that our actions gave you cause to distrust us and to cause you to lose faith in the Klaben organization. We failed you miserably, no excuses. We hire, coach, train and counsel from a position of character and integrity and when we leave a customer questioning our integrity, it becomes the focus of the entire team to find and correct the root cause of the loss of faith that you experienced. We work hard to instill in our team members to treat customers as a close family member because we view our customers as a part of our Klaben family. So if we are making service recommendations to a customer, we would make those same recommendations to our parents, spouses, siblings and children. In reviewing your experience with those team members involved we realized our mistake and where our failures occurred.
