Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review of your experience at our Ford Lincoln service department. I am appalled an embarrassed that we put you in a position that has left you with no faith in the Klaben organization. Rightfully so. No excuses. We coach, counsel and train on a regular basis and empower our team members to take care of the customer, every day, and when we fail so miserably it raises red flags throughout the entire leadership team. Just know that this was not our intention. We ask for feedback through many different venues because we want to hear the honest truth from a customer's perspective. We now have the responsibility to identify the root cause for no communication, no sense of urgency and no empathy for your personal situation. We will not only identify the root cause, but we will take appropriate steps to hopefully insure that this does not happen again. I understand and respect your decision to not return to Klaben, and even though, based on this experience, we did not demonstrate it, we do value you, your business and your time. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to gain further insight into your experience.
