However, when I made my initial call for service, I was told that I would have to wait three weeks for an appointment. are friendly and respectful. If that wait period for service is typical, I would not buy another car from Klaben. Furthermore, this lengthy delay for service is the reason I said no to recommendation for this service center. There is one reason I can give Klaben an excellent review. It is simply because of the outstanding service I get from Mona Crooks, my service advisor, and the technician who worked on my car. I will be taking my car in for the 5th time to get my sunroof fixed. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer that was a brand new purchase from this dealership so the sunroof is not aftermarket. The first visit was sunroof fixed. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer that was a brand new purchase from this dealership so the sunroof is not aftermarket. The first visit was because the controls wouldn’t work. The second time, the controls weren’t working again so they changed out the whole thing. Since they changed out everything in the sunroof, I have had leaks whenever it snows and gets to freezing temperatures outside and then warms up. The water goes through the front of the sunroof and gets the entire dash panel with all the electronics wet. When I have taken it in to be fixed for this, I get a shrug from the service people like this happens just because there is a sunroof and they can’t duplicate the problem when they run water over it. I am super frustrated and now in general, just supremely pissed off. I will be calling to take it in again today. They will want to charge me for the deductible for my extended warranty since the problem has now gone over a year. I feel like I’m getting the short end of the stick because it they probably won’t cover future issues that will come up form the massive amount of water that come in through the sunroof that didn’t leak until after they installed a new one. I hate submitting a bad review but I have had problems with a previous car at this dealership and I didn’t get a satisfactory resolution until I gave a bad survey. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this problem for over a year. I went through my regular service rep first and the service manager for the fourth visit. I have pictures and video of the problem.
