We have 2 Ford Escapes and travel from Avon, Ohio to Kent for our cars to be serviced or repaired. We are very happy with the work that is done on our cars and the treatment that we receive from Klaben staf for our cars to be serviced or repaired. We ended up at Klaben because our cars did not receive the same quality of service at other dealerships closer to our home. We have now been going to Klaben for several years and even bought our second Escape from them and plan to keep going to Klaben for our cars service even though we have to travel a bit to get there.
