I appreciate the concern that Joe French has shown over the relatively minor electrical issues in my Escape. Whenever Joe isn’t available, Mona Crooks is always quick to help me. Mario took care of an appointment situation over the phone for me. Kim Wolfram was one of my contacts at Clarke Ford, and her presence at Klaben is a reason I’m a Klaben customer now. My recent rental car from Enterprise, arranged by Joe, was a good experience, although, of course, they should only have Ford vehicles! More
