I’ve been here many times in the past with out issue, but this time was different. I brought in my Kia Sportage that I purchased from them for its first oil change and tire rotation. The oil change went fine this time was different. I brought in my Kia Sportage that I purchased from them for its first oil change and tire rotation. The oil change went fine, but they snapped a stud during the rotation. I was told it was over tightened and now needed to be replaced. I was charged for this even though they were the ones who over tightened it in the first place. This isn’t right and I personally feel it is a very shady business practice to charge for damage you caused. I’m seriously thinking of going elsewhere now for any service on my vehicle even though I’ve been coming here for over five years. More
