Tyler did a great job listening to my concerns about the high price of a Ford part and that the whole assembly needed to be replaced vs just the broken part. He also did a good job of communicating the status, something that at another dealer I have had to call repeatedly to get a response. I am now convinced to have my Ford vehicles serviced at Klaben and I will come to them for my next Ford purchase. More
