I can't say enough about the great customer service I received from Mona at Klaben Fords service department. She went above and beyond my expectations. My Escape had a recall on the engine block. Knowing I had 2 back to back trips I was about to take, Mona worked extra hard to secure me another Escape to drive, as my loaner, for my first trip so I would feel comfortable driving long distance with a vehicle I was familiar with. Her hands were tied by Ford itself as she had to wait on them to give approval to move forward with the 2nd part of the recall. I was extremely frustrated by this, as time was running out on it being completed for my 2nd trip, but she was very gracious and patient with me as we worked thru the process. She kept me informed every day on the status of my vehicle. Way to go Mona and Klaben Ford for having great employees that really care about their customers!! Appreciate everything Mona did to get it done in time for me to take it on my 2nd trip! She deserves more than a 5 star rating, but that's as high as this goes. Thank you again! More

I learned about KLABEN from ads on WTAM Radio. I bought a used PACIFICA there. We love this car. Recently the front started making a humming sound.
