My salesmen Brandon was equally terrific, great customer service, never pushed anything on me, and knew all the features about all the cars I was interested in. Brandon informed me of deals that I had no idea about going into the dealer, which saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars through out the life of the term. I've always been a Toyota customer so when I was ready I went to the Toyota dealership and I didnt feel like I was treated very well. So as a result, I went next door to Klaben Ford and saw TY who with Rich Klaben provided me with world class service. The whole process took a long time but thats to be expected when you go into a dealership. Anyway, I was provided with a deal that I couldnt refuse!
