But I got that good feeling about Klaben, and it worked out well. Their representative, Richard "Buddy" Moore was fantastic. I flew in to Cleveland, and he picked me up, had everything ready for the transaction, etc, and was pleasant and professional to boot. Even though I don't live in Ohio, I truly believe if I purchase a new Ford truck in the future, I'll travel there to get it. This is one of those "old school", family-owned dealerships that are becoming extinct. And Mr. Moore is a great representative. Thanks again, Buddy, and Klaben. Only if you have plenty of time to kill I was there for almost an hour and a half for a simple oil change. It was frustrating prior to scheduling my appt. I had been unsuccessful 3 times try I was there for almost an hour and a half for a simple oil change. It was frustrating prior to scheduling my appt. I had been unsuccessful 3 times trying to contact the sales associate that sold me my car - as this was my first oil change, and he told me he would set it up for me at 7,500 miles. So much for that. After finally getting my appt. scheduled on my own I sat...and waited...for 1.5hrs. only after being told it would be approx. 30min. More

Went the extra mile! I dropped my car off for The Works and also mentioned that one of my doors was hard to close and looked like it was out of adjustment. Anthony Wilson mentioned that I would have to schedule an appointment with the Body Shop to look at the door. When I picked up my car later in the day i found out that Anthony had taken my car to the Body Shop and had them take care of the door! No extra charge and saved me a trip! Great service! More
