The ONLY place to buy a car!!! We came in on a Sat afternoon to look for a new car. Don Batten spent the entire afternoon with us. We drove 6 cars- it was a hot afternoon but Don ne We came in on a Sat afternoon to look for a new car. Don Batten spent the entire afternoon with us. We drove 6 cars- it was a hot afternoon but Don never stopped or slowed down until we found the perfect car. By 5 pm we had it narrowed down to two cars when Don said to me, "which one do you like? which one will make you most happy?" We chose the Lincoln MKC and couldn't be happier. I call Don the "sand man" because I still think I'm dreaming... and now I'm living the dream! Thank you Don Batten (btw, the best salesman ever) and thank you Andy! Jennifer stayed late to wrap up the paper work, she was super fast, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. You guys and gals are the BEST! Well worth the drive from Strongsville! I had recently contacted several dealers (closer to my area) in regards to my interest in a new Ford Explorer. Ultimately it was salesman Tyler Kline’ I had recently contacted several dealers (closer to my area) in regards to my interest in a new Ford Explorer. Ultimately it was salesman Tyler Kline’s consistently timely responses to my various calls and voicemails which motivated us to come out to Klaben Ford. Glad we did! Tyler was attentive, courteous, and the utmost professional throughout the experience. We hope that he is still around when we buy our next car from Klaben Ford. Sales manager Andy Bellian was also extremely mannerly and patient with my wife and I (as well as our 2 year old daughter :) Rich Klaben even took the time to make it a point to introduce himself to us and make us feel welcome (on a busy Saturday afternoon).
