When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered a Service and customer relations were as I expected, excellent. When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered additional problems, the service department promptly (and accurately) informed me exactly what the problems were, the anticipated cost and since the repairs would take two (2) days to complete (due to a need to order parts),assisted me with a car rental, then promptly notified me when my car was ready. The work came in under estimate. They also assisted me by filing for the rebate I was due. More

Lease a new Escape I came to Tom Nicodemus because I have friends that have bought or leased from him. By way of his reputation, I already considered him a friend. I t I came to Tom Nicodemus because I have friends that have bought or leased from him. By way of his reputation, I already considered him a friend. I told him I needed to get out of my car (07 Lexus RX350) and into something safer and more reliable for my family. I had concerns about my budget and negative equity the Lexus carried. He showed me the 2017 Escape and even took it with me to convince my wife (who always said it was too small of an SUV). Mr. Nicodemus even bought us lunch! Once we reached my house, he took the time to repeat all the model and design aspects to my wife using the same exuberance as before. His knowledge of the vehicle was staggering. He described with such detail that ever the most mundane of options were made exciting. Whether it was the new Sync 3 system, the available APPs, the engine, the paint, last year/this year refinements… this guy definitely knows his product. We had trick or treat that night and I needed to be home by 5. Tom got the whole team together and expedited the entire process so I was home in time. Tom engaged my children, made a believer of my wife, and respected my time restrictions. I was so happy with the first deal presented that I never argued price or options. I honestly believe Tom is in it to make the customer happy. Tom Nicodemus is a breath of fresh air compared to my previous stagnant relationships with salesmen. My wife and I could not be more satisfied with Mr. Nicodemus, the Escape, or our entire purchasing experience. I have already given his name and business cards to two neighbors (during trick or treat that night) and a colleague at work.
