He was ready to answer whatever questions came up and show me all the various cars in the Ford / Lincoln lot. He never put on any high pressure sales pitch. He let me make up my own mind in my own time. When I finally narrowed it down, he helped us through the pros and cons for our particular choices and financing. I left with another great car to enjoy for the next few years. When I am ready for my next car, I will definitely look to Klaben Ford and Don Batten. More
