First 5000 mile servicing and recall repair This was my first time to take my 2017 Ford Escape in for servicing, but it is my second Ford Escape. I love this car and the folks at Klaben Service center keep it in top running condition for me. Joe French is who I usually see. He is friendly, efficient, thorough and very professional. My car was done on time and shiny clean. I got the Works Package as well as having a recall problem fixed. The service area is colorful with wall murals of the Kent area and it is always clean and neat. It gives me confidence that they will do the same with my car. More

Ford Escape I've only had the car for 2 days and the dealer has answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were. Currently I'm questioning weather to get the oil change card or not. More

Service Department and Body Shop In Feb 2016 i leased a new 2016 Ford Escape. It started making a clunking sound from the rear of the vehicle. Klaben Ford checked it out and discovered both shocks had the be replaced. Nuts, bolts, snd new shocks are on back order. I also showed my Leasing Agent Dave Mott to point out blotchy spots on my hood of this vehicle. He took it immediately to the body shop. They buffed them out at no cost to me. More
