First Lease I just leased my first car with Klaben Ford Lincoln, a 2016 Focus! My salesman Roscoe was great, he helped me get into a car i loved for the best price possible & was by far the most friendly, truthful, & helpful car salesman i have ever worked with. He knew my budget & did a great job getting me into something that fit. I got quotes from other dealerships & salesman that told me what i wanted was not possible. Roscoe made it happen. Christine in the finance dept. was great as well. As this was my first experience getting a car on my own she explained all of the paper work so that i knew what i was signing, answered all of my questions, she was very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable with the whole experience. Roscoe & Christine made the process super easy with no pressure. They had me in & out in just over an hour. I definitely plan on working with them in the future & would recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln to anyone!! More
