But my salesman Doug Carter made negotiations on a new F150 with a trade-in simple, quick, fair, honest and pleasant. When my F150 was delivered and ready for pickup, Doug came in on his day off (unbeknown to me) to introduce me to the truck and its features and to complete the purchasing process. Always eager to help and drop whatever he was doing, Doug is the consummate professional. Doug exhibited in-depth product knowledge and his enthusiasm was contagious.
