You returned my van after having it 4 weeks and the issue was not fixed. I realized this on the drive home after picking it up. I turned around and returned the van to you. I had to make yet another trip up to Klaben to drive it with a manager and show you the problem. I am a mom of four (2 of whom have disabilities) and I have to drive 35 minutes to get to Klaben. Melissa just called a couple days ago (6 weeks after dropping the car off to you) and said you have finally found the problem and the part should arrive within 5-7 business days. By the time I get my car back, you will have had it nearly 2 months to make this repair. I purchased this van from Klaben in April. It was used with only 6k miles on it. Since that time, it has been in your shop twice. The first time, you had it for 2 weeks. Now, 6 weeks so far. It’s pretty unbelievable for a van that I purchased nearly new. Melissa has been fine to work with and has listened to me well. But, I am disappointed in the van that Klaben sold me and I am certainly disappointed in the team of mechanics who have taken so long to make repairs to this vehicle. My local shop can get parts faster than you and make repairs quicker. This should not be the case. More

Our service rep was nice and gave periodic updates. But our leased Truck was returned damaged and due to the length of time they had the vehicle which at first was unknown, all the strollers and baby But our leased Truck was returned damaged and due to the length of time they had the vehicle which at first was unknown, all the strollers and baby items we left in the car turned moldy and needed to be thrown away. My guess is they the truck was brought in and out of the shop causing moisture to collect on the items in the bed. it should be stressed by the employees to have everything removed from the vehicle in its entirety due to those reasons.
