Klaben Jeep in Kent- here’s my latest experience there-start to finish. Call my service guy there, Ridge Hancock- he’s says drop it off anytime and the service techs will take a look. Calls me 2 day there-start to finish. Call my service guy there, Ridge Hancock- he’s says drop it off anytime and the service techs will take a look. Calls me 2 days later- we had 4 issues with the car, and informs me. I give Ridge the go ahead. He now works relentlessly with my 3rd party warranty company to get as much covered as possible, works gets done in about 10 days, and it was a lot of work! While my car was being worked on Klaben Jeep gave me a rental and it was very nice and new. They called and I went and picked my Jeep up- the end. Personal thoughts- I actually feel like they care about customer service, and that’s everybody I had contact with at the dealership. Not sure why and how all the workers seem so content there and willing to help, I appreciate though. Service department- amazing how the got the work done that quickly for me. I know they are extremely busy yet squeezed me in and did a top notch job. Ridge Hancock- a true professional and an asset to any company that’s fortunate enough to have him.
