First time there. Nice sized showroom and very clean. I was looking at the Wranglers and they had a big inventory with lots of model and color options. I initially had an appointment with Valley to have my daughters Jeep looked at for a check engine light. I made the appointment weeks in advance because she goes to school out of state and would only be daughters Jeep looked at for a check engine light. Long story short I was informed at 4:30pm on the day of my appointment that they were unable to get to my vehicle that day. I called Klaben at 4:45 and spoke with Liz who was very helpful. She was able to get me in the next day and by 9am that day I had an answer to the problem.
