Although Kim's did not have what we were looking for on their lot at the time, they did find exactly what we wanted and didn't hesitate in doing so. Our salesperson, Mark Posey, is a diamond when it comes to purchasing an automobile. He was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and seemed to be somewhat humbled through the whole experience by us choosing Kim's as our dealer, and him as our salesperson. I would highly recommend Mark Posey to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. Mike Johnson and Cliff Hughes were equally as friendly and helpful with locating the truck we wanted, and also, making the financial and extended warranty side of the experience as smooth as the premium filigree leather in the truck we purchased. We also want to acknowledge Kim Hobbs for her kindness and for being within hollering distance during our experience at Kim's. If we ever need the parts and service departments for any reason, then they can have their day in court.
