Persistence pays off I have been looking for a while for a late model low mileage truck with not much luck until I made up my mind that I was going to have to spend a lit I have been looking for a while for a late model low mileage truck with not much luck until I made up my mind that I was going to have to spend a little more money than I had first planned on. After looking at several different trucks at just as many lots, I came back to Kim's. I was dealing with Mark Posey and he was on top of things. He would call me a few times during my looking process letting me know he was still searching for me a truck. I just happened to notice this truck on the lot, pulled in, and asked for Mark, and it was game on from then on. He was very helpful and also very knowledgable of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. This is not the first vehicle I have bought from Kim's, and I'm sure it want be the last. Great job Mark, and Kim's, for making me feel like I got a good deal on the car. More

In addition to working with TJ, Jim Kilgore, the general manager, was there to make the deal happen for us. Both of these salesman were honest, friendly and went well beyond to help us with our purchase. After we agreed on a deal (which was actually a great deal for us) we met within Cliff Hughes, the financial manager. Cliff was informative about all warranty and add on items, friendly and also very honest with us. The financing paperwork was ready when we walked in, Cliff made the process very easy and smooth. By far, this is the best experience that I have had at any dealership. The entire staff was helpful, honest and upfront about everything. They not only gave us a great deal, but they went out of their way to get us the vehicle we wanted. We even kept them about 2 hours after they were scheduled to close. More
