We got to the Kim's late on a Friday evening, and to our surprise, they were still there and very willing to help us find what we wanted. When we mentioned that we were planning to visit other dealerships before making a decision, they encouraged us to do so because they knew we wouldn't find a better deal. They were right! No one else came close to offering the customer service we received at Kim's and we are very happy with the RAV4 we purchased and the price we paid for it. There was a problem getting the vehicle we wanted, but Jim was determined to deliver on his promise, and he came through for us. This is the second time I've purchased a new vehicle from Kim's and both times their customer service blew the other dealerships out of the water.
