Most accommodating professional people EVER! I drove onto the lot NOT wanting to buy a vehicle. But my husband was worried about the high miles on my car and insisting that I at least look. This man went above and beyond the realm of any man's patience. He listened intently as I explained why I didn't want this or that and whined about wanting a new FJ Cruiser which Kim's did not have. (remember I didn't want a new car/payment) He not only found a new one but we got a better deal on a 2014 than a dealer in Meridian was willing to give us on a used 2012 model that had 34,000 miles! I had really dreaded dealing for a new vehicle, but they made the process so easy. I feel I obtained a good price and they couldn't have been more courteous and friendly. Parham Tullos who handled all the paperwork made the process seem effortless . After we completed the paperwork, Mark introduced me to staff in the Service and Parts Departments, who were very friendly and offered to be of any assistance when needed and even went ahead and scheduled my first maintenance in 6 months. Everyone in the dealership went out of their way to be hospitable and friendly. I would recommend for anyone shopping for a new vehicle to visit Kim's. More

Card in the Mail My husband and I received a letter in the mail that they wanted to trade our car for a newer car.
