Very bad start but, thanks to Thomas we had a great finish! My wife and I were shopping for new vehicles. I found a Toyota Corolla I liked and my wife found a Toyota Highlander she liked. Although Thomas was My wife and I were shopping for new vehicles. I found a Toyota Corolla I liked and my wife found a Toyota Highlander she liked. Although Thomas was VERY helpful, I was not pleased with how the Sales manager treated my wife and the ridiculous first offer to pay the sticker price. I was able to negotiate a better price through my bank (USAA) but I was told that the vehicle I was interested in was sold the night prior (this turned out to be a lie as the negotiated price was about $1,400.00 cheaper than what the dealer wanted). I certainly did not appreciate being lied to. I spoke to Thomas and he informed the owner, Kim, of the situation. Once she was aware, she went out of her way to treat my wife and I very well. She also gave us a very good price on two new vehicles. I cannot say enough good things about Thomas and Kim but, the Sales manager needs a lot of work! If he was not involved in the process, I would have given this dealership (as a whole) much more praise. More

Which they held less than a day so I gave them a credit card number to run. When the numbers they have me didn't add up I went with another Toyota dealership. At that point they had not ran my card. I called to cancel with them and they ran my card a few minutes later! More
