Nicholas Swanner I talked to NIcholas on Sat after I had logged in on the online site looking go see what cars were available. I was not really sure what I wanted. Nicholas asked me some questions and made several suggestions. He told me about the new cars he had that might fit my needs and looked to see what used cars he had. When my husband and I went in on Monday, we asked for NIcholas. He took his time with us, answered our questions, and was very patient while we tried to decide which vehicle we wanted. He got us several price quotes on the 2 vehicles were were interested in, giving us monthly payments for each vehicle. After we had signed the papers, he showed us how to use some of the features in our car, and tried to set our phones up to be able to use the blue tooth feature. However, our phones were not compatible. We really appreciate all the time NIcholas spent with us. I would recommend him and Kim's to my friends. More
