The paperwork was a breeze and then they set me up with their mechanics so I knew where I needed to go for oil changes and tire rotations and who I needed to see. The day after I bought it, I realized I left the tag on it and my garage clicker on the visor- that was no problem at all. They got those things to me and were happy to do so. A couple of days after I bought it, Bob called me to make sure I was happy with the car and loving it. Going the extra mile is what it is all about.
