I brought in my 2007 Jeep Liberty as Kim's is also our local Jeep dealer. I had been having a problem with the sunroof...after waiting a week for the part/parts I was finally called in to pick up my vehi local Jeep dealer. I had been having a problem with the sunroof...after waiting a week for the part/parts I was finally called in to pick up my vehicle. I could not believe my eyes when I looked into my Jeep. There were three slits cut into the headliner, the screw covers were gouged and bits of plastic were hanging, where pieces should fit flush against each other, there was a one inch gap...oily and grimy spots were all over the interior...even the brake light cover was hanging by a screw. Keep in mind, this is a new 2006 Jeep that I'd only had for 5 months. I was the first owner. I kept it immaculate and they totally ruined it. It's horrible To top it off...the replaced sunroof leaks. I took my warrantied Jeep Liberty into Kim's (which is the local Jeep dealer) to see what was wrong with my sunroof...after waiting a week for the part/parts, I was finally called to come in a pick up my the local Jeep dealer) to see what was wrong with my sunroof...after waiting a week for the part/parts, I was finally called to come in a pick up my vehicle. I was not prepared for what I saw when I looked inside my Jeep. The headliner had three slits cut into it with what looked like a screwdriver. The screw covers were gouged and had pieces of plastic hanging off of them. Parts that should fit flush against each other had gaps of about an inch. There were oily and grimey spots all inside. The sunroof leaked. I couldn't be more dissatisfied. I have kept my Jeep in immaculate condition. Never let a spot stay on it. I'd had it for five months and Kim's has ruined it. It will never be the same. I advise anyone to steer clear of the place. More
