We worked with Paul, the internet manager, to purchase a vehicle. There were some minor issues with a crack in windshield and small dents on the hood and they only had one key for the car. Paul assured us they would take care of these items, including getting us a duplicate key. Fast forward almost 3 months later and we've had to do so much leg work and calling just to get all the pieces the promised. We took the day off to drive in from Modesto to get all the pieces done. We scheduled an appointment but after 3 hours the only work done was the programmed duplicate key. The service department was very kind and apologetic but we will never purchase a car here or work with the salesman in the future. More
