Today I had the worst experience I have ever had in any sales place. Accompanying a friend to look for a car we went to Kia of Stockton to the pre-owned area, having clear the SUV model we were looking for sales place. Accompanying a friend to look for a car we went to Kia of Stockton to the pre-owned area, having clear the SUV model we were looking for, they had only one option but she did not like the colour, the seller had been very friendly but my friend was not convinced by the one offered, not having more variety to offer, the seller called his manager, I want to think that as a sales strategy and try to convince my friend that it was the best option, upon arrival the manager introduced herself and began to ask us what was what we did not like. My friend again answered that it wasn't the colour she was looking for, I still wanted to leave a window open to the possibility, I told my friend that I didn't think it was bad what they were offering but that she would be the one to make the decision. The manager upon hearing this immediately replied that if my friend was the one to make the decision with a gesture she basically told me that I didn't have to do anything there. I just turned to my friend and told her that if she wanted to continue with the negotiation it was up to her as I don't like to be treated that way. Obviously my friend supported me and we left the dealership and I will never go back there. More

We worked with Paul, the internet manager, to purchase a vehicle. There were some minor issues with a crack in windshield and small dents on the hood and they only had one key for the car. Paul assured us vehicle. There were some minor issues with a crack in windshield and small dents on the hood and they only had one key for the car. Paul assured us they would take care of these items, including getting us a duplicate key. Fast forward almost 3 months later and we've had to do so much leg work and calling just to get all the pieces the promised. We took the day off to drive in from Modesto to get all the pieces done. We scheduled an appointment but after 3 hours the only work done was the programmed duplicate key. The service department was very kind and apologetic but we will never purchase a car here or work with the salesman in the future. More
