I was appreciative of your service writers knowledge and manner. It was nice to not be treated like an ignorant woman for a change. I also appreciated the department’s attention to my time frame. The estimate listing the work you felt needed to be done was a surprise. Most of the work you felt needed to be done was based on work your facility did. I realize you have no way to know what I have had done at other facilities. I need you to know that I stopped going to your service center because of the way I was treated and the quality of the work that was done. It seemed that each and every time I used your services less was being done as promised by your company when I purchased the vehicle. On top of that I got to the point where I didn’t trust your company. I keep hoping that that feeling will change but from this last visit I don’t see any signs of improvement. There was an assessment of the vehicle and I noticed that there were some major signs that the individual doing the assessment wasn’t really doing an assessment. I had recently had a new tire put on the car and your assessment said that the tread was the same on all four tires. Don’t see how that would be possible. Also there’s a chip in the front windshield that was not indicated. The rear wiper blade is not in operational condition because I have not been able to get a replacement blade. After checking out the services you recommended the bill would be about $1,400.00. ????? Surprise. As you can see I may still have some problems with trust. More
