Went today for a recall service after I called and they told me they could take care of it today. Made appointment and guess what. Went all the way over there just so they could tell me they needed to order the part. I was/am very upset because I canceled a prior commitment to get this done. LACK OF COMUNICATION FOR THIS DEALER. THIS IS WHY I NEVER DO MY REGULAR SERVICE THERE. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED !!! More
I had a text message stating what my repair cost was. When I picked up my car, the bill was $250 more. I asked what could be done. That amount put me over my credit limit. It was still over my credit limit. I said okay, see if my card would cover it. The cashier ran the full amount and when I asked about the $50 reduction I couldn’t get it because the card paid it. For $50, KIA of Stockton lost a future customer. I will use them for my lifetime oil changes, but I will go somewhere else to purchase my next car. More

I went to get my car serviced and they did not do what they said they did. I know my cabin filter needs to be changed because I was informed my last service that it should be and they told me it was “good they said they did. They also did not adjust my tire pressure and left them all at different psi.. They should also adjust their false advertisement with the “car wash”. I should check to see if they even changed my oil at this point.. Disappointed with this location. More
