New Car!!! I called KIa of Cleveland and asked to speak to a salesperson, Matt answered the phone,i told him what I wanted and that I was on my way to the dealer I called KIa of Cleveland and asked to speak to a salesperson, Matt answered the phone,i told him what I wanted and that I was on my way to the dealership, when I arrived Matt had the 2015 white Kia Optima ready for me to test drive and of course I bought it! Matt made this a fantastic experience and I will recommend him to all of my family and friends!!!! Also Nathan in finance is awesome - he found the best deal for me and I appreciated it!! More

First New Car This past week my wife and I decided to try and purchase that very first new car. Although we have been married, already have two grown children, and This past week my wife and I decided to try and purchase that very first new car. Although we have been married, already have two grown children, and are nearing retirement age, we have never owner a new car. We have bought an unknown number of used cars (new to us) over the years, but never an actual new one. Anyhow, we went to Kia of Cleveland Website and looked at several SUV's, picked out a Kia Sorento, and drove to the local dealership and look them over. Seeing them "in person" changed the wife's mind to a Kia Sportage (one in particular). What happened next is where Kia of Cleveland earned our future business. First, Tony Walker took the time to prepare all our paperwork and introduce us to salesman Garry Evans. Garry helped us through the rest of the sale and worked with the finance department, with the parameters that we needed to purchase the vehicle. Garry, along with Nathan Howard were able to meet those parameters and we were able to drive away in a 2015 Kia Sportage, the one the wife wanted at that. My hat is off to Tony, Garry, and Nathan. The service we received was friendly, professional, and impressive. More

We drove 6 1/2 hours round trip to purchase our Kia!!! On January 31, 2015, we drove to Kia of Cleveland to purchase a Kia Sorento. We had been searching online for over 6 weeks for a Sorento. The staff we On January 31, 2015, we drove to Kia of Cleveland to purchase a Kia Sorento. We had been searching online for over 6 weeks for a Sorento. The staff we came in contact with the day of our purchase was very friendly. Zach was down to earth and helpful. We had a couple of mishaps with the car dollie we brought with us to haul the car back on. The staff here were helpful with that as well. Our overall experience the day we purchased our Sorento was awesome. But then everything has went downhill from there. The back seat headrest were missing, and we were told they had been ordered and as soon as they came in they would be overnighted to us. After many calls and texts, we finally got them 5 WEEKS LATER!!! Also we were only given one smart key. We were told that it had been ordered as well, and as soon as it came in, it would be overnighted as well. It arrived with the head rest 5 weeks later!! No one, had told us that we wouldn't be able to use our smart key. We called and spoke with someone in service that explained to us we would have to take the new smart key along with the old smart key to a KIA dealership to have programmed, which will be a cost of $50 or more for us. We have called and texted Zach many times requesting a call back. But to this day no one has called us back. I don't feel we should be out of pocket $50 for the programming for a smart key, So my suggestion to you is, if you purchase a vehicle from KIA OF CLEVELAND, be sure to get everything that you are suppose to have the day you purchase your car. If not, get something in writing about a timely date you will receive your items and be sure its at NO COST to you. Finally was able to call and speak to Zach. Explained to him about the smart key situation. He mailed out a check for $50 to cover the programming. Thank you Zach! Received a check in the mail last week to go get our smart key programmed. We took it Saturday and got the key programmed. Thank you again! Appreciate your help with everything. LOVING my Kia Sorento!! More
