Fast and friendly emergency service I was driving my own 2014 Kia Sorento for my church in Marietta, GA, on a mission trip in Cleveland, TN. One of my door handles pulled off when we were trying to leave our mission site. We called Kia of Cleveland while we were in route back to our motel, to ask if they could be of any help. They told us to come on in, which we did without even cleaning up from our construction site. They had the part, put it on, and we were on our way in a very timely manner. Even though I hadn't purchased the car from them, they gave amazingly fast and friendly service. Everyone there treated us as is we were part of their community. More

I can honestly say our Kia of Cleveland interaction was totally different. From an initial email, to dealership visit, to test drive, to settling on a purchase price, my wife and I were treated kind, with respect, and we were as comfortable in the dealership, as we would have been in our own living room. I was currently paying four times more than what my vehicle was worth. I was just browsing to see what the new Kia's were like for a future purchase after I paid my current vehicle off. Tony and Jacob were amazing. They worked hard and got me approved for a 2016 and I drove it off the lot the same day. I never imagined I would be driving a 2016 Sorento. By far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am recommending them to everyone I know. More
Best purchase Experince Ever I went on the internet to Kia of Cleveland for pre-approval. The next morning I was contacted by Tony Walker the Internet manager who informed me I wa I went on the internet to Kia of Cleveland for pre-approval. The next morning I was contacted by Tony Walker the Internet manager who informed me I was approved. I went to the dealership in the afternoon and picked out a vehicle. I left for a Dr.. Appt. And when I came back to the dealership my car was detailed and fueled up. Zach the finance guy had all my paperwork ready to sign. Smoothest, fastest purchase ever. Tony even took my phone and downloaded Uvo and educated me on the technology in my car via Bluetooth. They have earned my future business. More

So, I called Tony up to see if he could help me find one even though it wouldn't be a Kia. He helped me find something better than I even had in mind. Tony drove all the way to Atlanta to pick it up for me (he even had to sit and wait over an hour for them to make a new key). All I had to do was go pick it up at Kia after it was all shiny and full of gas. I got more for my trade-in than I had anticipated AND Nathan found me a much better interest rate! More
