As the radio ad says, "they want to see ya, in a Kia", and they really do. By-passed all of the dealerships in Chattanooga and drove to Cleveland of Kia to find the best deal for me. Still waiting for a title and tag. Sheila Shannon , sales consultant, was very helpful, the transaction went smoothly, I thought all was well until a couple of days before the drive out Sheila Shannon , sales consultant, was very helpful, the transaction went smoothly, I thought all was well until a couple of days before the drive out tag was to expire I called the dealership to ascertain the progress of the title transfer. The title clerk at Kia of Chattanooga found the problem and a new drive out tag was sent. I am impressed with the dealerships representation of the vehicle, the ease of the transaction, the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the personnel. There are occasional paperwork glitches in all aspects of business and the folks at the dealership are doing there best to remedy the one little mishap in our deal. I highly recommend Kia of Cleveland. More
