Excellent Service Experience!!! I called to set up a routine service at Kia of Cleveland, and to ask them about performing a recall/repair on my Kia Soul, after my Hometown dealer st I called to set up a routine service at Kia of Cleveland, and to ask them about performing a recall/repair on my Kia Soul, after my Hometown dealer stated they could not perform the recall due not having a "qualified technician". Jamie Blevins assured me they would be glad to do the regular maintenance, but would have to set up an appointment for the recall since it was on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and hearty welcome. After service was completed Jamie told me that not only would they honor my dealers service coupon, but was able to complete the recall for me as well!!! no second trip needed!!!! I feel Jamie and the rest of the service staff went out of their way to get me taken care of. By doing so they have gained a new service customer even though it is a farther drive!!! Thanks More

After speaking with Mr. Blevins, we made an appointment and the car was serviced, at no charge to us. We dropped the car off and had it back and fixed the same day!
