I tried three dealerships in my metro, one in another major city a few hours away, and another 50 miles away before anyone could help me. Taylor was very receptive to what I wanted and needed, without pushing to far. He checked in throughout the week to make sure there wasn't any change in what I was looking for before I drove two hours to the dealership, and searched other inventories for possible transfers to get my exact wants. Taylor was also very patient with my knowledge of financing rates vs rebates, etc. He even went to Toomer's with my husband while I finished the paperwork, then texted to make sure we made it home later that night. xxxxxxto Joshua in F&I, too. The dealership was very busy that day, so the F&I process was a bit backed up. He gave me all the info I needed for a possible future add on, and was very calming, jovial and approachable throughout the process. More
