Ken Hines was very friendly and helpful as we worked through out Kia purchase. He was more than willing to let us drive various levels and model years as well as answering all of our multiple questions through out Kia purchase. We made multiple visits over several months and when we finally made our purchase decision, Ken remembered things we had mentioned on our first visit.
