I have purchased a lot of cars in my life time and dealt with a variety of dealers. I have to admit that this buying experience was the best by far. The hate even thinking about going somewhere else with my car. Everything goes so smoothly and everyone is so nice. And one of the things I love most, is no one pressures me to buy anything else. The waiting room is very comfortable. Only issue is it is hard to get appointments. So i just have to make sure i schedule in advance and nothing serious goes wrong with my car that needs immediate care. Mone' is great at what she does. She works hard to make sure her customers are satisfied. She gives facts and not just the good stuff. We had looked at vehicles at the other Kia dealership and the pricing and deal were just not acceptable. It took hours of our time, they did not return our calls and in general we were not very impressed. the pricing and deal were just not acceptable. This was my first 'new car' purchase at almost 60 years old. I was very hesitant to even begin this process due to the 'perceived' notion of car salespersons & the pressure that was put on the invidi years old.
