We had a serious problem with our Sedona and Mitch was very up front and honest in his dealing with us. That was quite impressive and through hard work, he and his staff solved the problem. He has continued to be considerate of us and all his staff does the same. Our Sedona was rear-ended and totaled and since it is our only vehicle, we needed to purchase a new one. Had the 2014 Sedonas been available, that probably would have been our choice, but no Sedonas. So we chose a 2014 Kia Sorento. Elijah was quite helpful in allowing us to look and drive on 2 separate days. After we made our choice, he was gracious in helping me finish up the details after I took my husband home and in returning the rental we were driving. Such customer service! Brian Smith was helpful with the financial details and I appreciated his being up front about some of the concerns and offers. Obviously we are contented customers and will continue our relationship with Kia based on previous experience.
