My recent experience purchasing my '13 Kia Soul was nothing short of spectacular!!! The level of service I received was outstanding, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Reps I worked with were extremely polite and respective of my time. The price negotiation period was actually enjoyable. They did not use the "wait..i'll talk with my manager..." ploy. After the purchase was agreed upon, they were willing to spend whatever time was necessary to familiarize me with the vehicle, its features, and any questions i had. Have not used their service department yet, so can't say anything concerning that aspect of the dealership. However, based on my experience with this dealer so far, I feel confident in using them for service as well. Been buying new cars for 42 years and have to say that these people were some of the very best that I have ever dealt with, Recommend them highly! More
