Our search lead us to the internet initially after not being able to close a deal locally, and found the ideal vehicle located at KIA Country of Charleston S.C. Our initial contact was with their Internet GURU Mr. Michael Brand who convinced us we were dealing with the best dealership after analyzing our needs ; He then put me in touch with Mr. Lance Williams whom we closed the deal with on a 2014 KIA Sportage with all the appointments that we were looking for. Mr. Williams is one of the most professional and knowledgeable Sales Person I believe I have ever met in the Car Dealership arena. He was very detailed in pointing out all the advantages and appointments of the vehicle we were looking at and quickly anticipated our questions and answered them before we had to ask. He knows his vehicles, but best of all, we did not feel pressured as often occurs at a car dealership, negotiations were simple, and financing was streamlined and we were out the door before we knew it. Elijah Tucker took great care with me in choosing a car, and assisted me with working out the details of my many options. After I purchased my new car, Elijah showed me how to work all of the "bells and whistles" that came with it. I purchased a previous car with Elijah Tucker at this dealership in 2013, and received excellent customer service and care, including the outstanding members of the service team. I often posted on FaceBook when I "checked in" during my regular service visits for oil change and tire rotation. I have been complimented often on the look of my car, and always tell them to "go see Elijah at Kia Country!" I bought a 2017 version of the exact same car, as I loved it so much. Anyway to make a long story short, my experience with Kia Country was top notch. Norm listened to what I was looking for before we even looked at the first car. After just a few quick looks, he showed me exactly what I was looking for! A loaded 2014 Soul+... Love it! Anyway the rest was a breeze. A little while in financing and I was out the door.
