What he did not know was that I have never bought a car from a dealership, but always from individuals. I had researched the Kia Sorento and decided that it was the best next car for my needs. Lance knowledge of his product was really thorough. He was able to show me additional reasons why the car I was looking at would exceed my expectations. He allowed me time to call different individuals that I needed to consult with to finalize my decision. I have interacted with other sales personnel at other dealerships but never been as comfortable as I was in working with Lance. Recommend him with 5 stars plus. Thank you Lance. More
