Norm gave us his undivided attention and listened to what our desires were in a new/ used vehicle. He was not at all pushy and allowed us to scope out the vehicles on the lot that met our needs. He allowed my wife and I to comb the lot without any pressure to buy. He was very knowledgeable about the new and used KIA vehicles for sale on the lot. He was polite, patient and very professional in all our dealings. After test driving a vehicle that we were interested in, we left the dealership that first day wanting to explore shopping at a few other dealerships. A day or two later we returned to talk further with Norm about purchasing a different vehicle than the one we originally were interested in. In the end we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price on this 2016 KIA Sorento EX. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make our overall experience a positive and memorable one.
