previously my rating would have been very good, but not today, awful today.Bailey was in charge of servicing my recall back in July. Kia engineering had to be consulted, he was to get back to me, he never today, awful today.Bailey was in charge of servicing my recall back in July. Kia engineering had to be consulted, he was to get back to me, he never did. i called multiple times Robin has been wonderful, left messages for Morgan the manager to call me, he never has. Finally i spoke with Bailey Mon august 19 and agreed to bring my car back in August 20 which i did. i told Bailey i had been very patient. today August 21 no word from Bailey, he is not there, once again Robin left a message for manager Morgan, no phone call. i left a voice mail for i believe Hays, no phone call.
