Went on the website, after having visited our local KIA - Pensacola

Went on the website, after having visited our local KIA dealer, that did not have what we wanted. Immediately called, after finding the color and make, we desired. Was put in contact with Dalton who had a positive "can do" attitude which was refreshing, and assured us, they had the make and model we desired, After bemoaning the point, that I needed to drive to Daphne, and did not feel comfortable doing so, until my current vehicle was serviced, he offered to come get us in Pensacola, and take us to the dealership, if we desired. All of this was delivered in a very low key, personable, and caring manner. We arrived, he showed us the vehicle, explained everything, and we were on our way back home within two hours. A job well done..

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. - Stephanie O

Dominique was such a pleasure to work with. Never in my life did I think dealerships could run this smoothly. We reached out to 4 dealerships in the area, and this one had the best deal. To top it all off, we were in and out of the dealership with a new car in just over an hour. Dominique had everything ready for us when we got there, so everything ran so smoothly. AND she did it while pretty much working out of the parking lot because the building is under construction. It was obvious she took pride in her work and cared about her customers. Amber was also very quick and efficient with the financial paperwork.

Absolutely trash service. - Tanner Stainbrook

Absolutely trash service. No one can all you back, no one answers the phone, I would leave less than a single star if I was able to. Took days past my original appointment for them to "fix" the car and 2 second off the lot it had the same issues. Then when I called about brining it back I was told 2-3 weeks before anyone would even look at it.
