Came in Friday to purchase a telluride My sales person was Caston after sitting for an hour and a half Caston said his manager had to go to meeting and they would give me a call back when t My sales person was Caston after sitting for an hour and a half Caston said his manager had to go to meeting and they would give me a call back when they could get my payments where I wanted he has yet to call me back then Saturday I received a text from Mary said the problem was my car the BMW to much was owed and wanted to know if I had a cosigner or how much down payment. I asked her how much I needed down. It is Monday night haven't heard from Mary orCaston. Don't recommend this dealership. More

Go see Neil Patel! I’m in LOVE with my new KIA!! First off, this experience couldn’t have been any easier! The salesman, Neil Patel, is the same salesman that helped me with my 2014 KIA Forte Koup ba First off, this experience couldn’t have been any easier! The salesman, Neil Patel, is the same salesman that helped me with my 2014 KIA Forte Koup back in June 2014, even then it was an amazing experience! So I knew exactly who to go to! It’s been years, however Neil luckily doesn’t change his work cell, so I was able to set up a day to come in. He definitely put my best interest forward, he asked what I was looking for and what my budget was - he delivered! He explained everything to a T about my KIA. While he was doing his part to finding me the best deal, he still continued to make sure I wasn’t thirsty or hungry (that day I was lucky because they were having a fish fry) Just over all an exceptional customer service you could ever have at a dealership! Even Tony Kimbro, who I signed my paper work with, explained everything for me perfectly! Neil gained my loyalty back in 2014 and the other day that was validated! Thank you so much again! I finally got my “mommy car” and I’m in love with it! More
